National Retail Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Orlando, Fla., has priced a public offering of 5.0 million shares of common stock at $24.70 per share.The underwriters were granted an option to buy up to 750,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments. Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking was the sole book-running manager for the offering.
