REIT Reports Stock Offering

Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Orlando, Fla., has announced a public offering of approximately 3 million shares of its common stock.The net proceeds totaled approximately $54 million, the REIT said. Citigroup is acting as the sole underwriter of the offering, which is expected to close on Dec. 8.
