Volt Inc., a power provider and marketer of financial services based in Oakhurst, Calif., has announced an agreement to acquire Heritage Mortgage for cash and restricted securities.The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Volt said the acquisition reflects the fact that the company is "aggressively expanding the mortgage side of its business."
