Neighborhood Gold, Provo, Utah, the marketer of downpayment assistance grants by The Buyers Fund, has announced the approval of the gift program by Washington Mutual.Effective immediately, the gift funds can be used toward the downpayment or closing costs on Federal Housing Administration and Department of Veterans Affairs loans made by WaMu.
