There are exciting challenges and opportunities for us on social media. Honing down our chance to catch your eye to 140 characters is a challenge. It’s somewhat akin to writing a headline that makes you want to read a story.

On LinkedIn, we have a couple of active groups going around our conferences, like the upcoming Loss Mitigation Conference in Dallas July 18-19. It might make sense for us to provide special content or extra face time to those in our LinkedIn groups at the actual conferences.
