The Seattle-based online real estate marketplace company said rental professionals can access these technology solutions for free.
Additionally, professionals who want to maximize their marketing efforts can subscribe to Zillow Rental Premier, which offers extended listing syndication across 30 consumer websites, an email marketing platform to streamline tenant retention, and leasing tools such as online consumer credit screening.
