Default Law Firm Opens Tennessee Office

Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann PC, a default legal services provider to the mortgage banking and financial services industries, is expanding its business operations into Tennessee.

Before opening an office in Nashville, the firm was based in Dallas and Little Rock, Ark. MWZM said in a press release that the “geographic expansion is a natural extension of the firm’s ability to deliver quality legal services in multiple jurisdictions and the momentum created from the success we’ve experienced in Texas and Arkansas.”

As part of the expansion, MWZM appointed Jason Mangrum as managing attorney for the Tennessee office. Mangrum has 17 years of experience of commercial litigation and representation of mortgage lenders and originators.

Prior to joining MWZM, Mangrum represented the mortgage banking industry in the areas of residential and commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy creditors’ rights, title litigation, evictions, and real estate closings.

Additionally, MWZM named Rosanna Henry as director of compliance. In her new role, Henry will lead the day-to-day oversight of MWZM’s care management system, quality control, internal audit and GSE compliance initiatives.

Henry has focused her law practice in representing the mortgage banking industry since 1989 in the areas of foreclosure of both residential and commercial properties, bankruptcy creditors’ rights, title litigation, evictions and real estate closings.
