Amegy Mortgage Co., a unit of Zions Bancorp., is now using Data Select’s Construction Loan Control System software for its construction loan portfolio, including for one-time close construction and lot loans.
The software is used by other Zions Bancorp. units, including
Amegy Mortgage has a servicing portfolio of $1.65 billion. Denver Green, vice president of commercial and construction loan systems for Zions Bancorp., said, “the efficiency gains afforded by CLCS will ensure Amegy Mortgage can optimize its commercial and construction lending processes and deliver the best possible customer service.”
CLCS is used for both residential and commercial construction loan control as well as for other aspects of commercial real estate, including permanent loan servicing. Users currently service more than 51% of North America’s construction loan outstandings.
