Albano, who has served as the head of BNP Paribas’ U.S. institutional client relationship management team, will become a managing director at Oppenheimer.
He also has worked in institutional client relationship management at Royal Bank of Scotland and held in fixed-income sales and trading at Bear Stearns.
Albano will work out of New York and report to Robert Lowenthal, senior managing director-taxable fixed-income sales, at Oppenheimer.
