Walker & Dunlop has moved up on the list of Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program multifamily lenders from 10th in 2007 to the top spot for 2012, with volume of over $4 billion.
The Bethesda, Md.-based firm has been a DUS lender since the program started in 1988.
