Mortgage Contracting Services LLC, Tampa, Fla., named Bobby Leopold vice president of business development.
Leopold has over 20 years of marketing, sales and business development experience in the financial and communications industries, most recently as vice president of client relations at ProVest.
He also developed low-income housing tax credit sites throughout Texas and directly impacted all aspects of the development process as owner of B&L Development.
In addition, Leopold worked as senior manager for new business development at Ocwen Financial Corp.
