Freddie Mac has extended First American Mortgage Solution's approved distributor license to resell Freddie's valuation tools.
First American Mortgage Solutions has been a reseller of Freddie's residential real estate valuation modeling tools since 2000, the Santa Ana, Calif.-based national provider of title insurance, settlement and risk management solutions for the real estate financing market said in press release.
The First American Mortgage Solutions group will continue to distribute Freddie's Home Value Explorer and Calibrator tools directly to mortgage lenders, servicers, investors and reseller clients. According to the release, First American Mortgage Solutions issues more than 2,500 HVE results per month to various users.
"We are thrilled to be an approved distributor so we can provide mortgage lending customers with lower product pricing and increased certainty in their lending," said Kevin Wall, president of First American Mortgage Solutions.
