Chronos Solutions in Coppell, Texas, has acquired Commerce Title & Closing Services.
Chronos acquired the business from its parent company, Ten-X, formerly known as Auction.com. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition allows Chronos (which until this past October was known as Matt Martin Real Estate Management) to increase its title and settlement services offerings as well as grow its presence in California.
Chronos in December bought mortgage technology company Cogent Road in San Diego.
Ten-X, in Irvine, Calif., operates an online real estate marketplace.
