Simplified has launched an ordering platform that delivers settlement services to lenders.
This platform allows lenders to process and close any real estate secured loan, from credit to closing, by ordering services either directly from Simplified's vendors or using their own local vendors.
The Austin, Texas-based company's product was designed from the ground up in collaboration with more than 250 lenders. Customers can order mortgage settlement services with their vendors at a prenegotiated pricing.
"The Simplified team has been working diligently to build a platform that provides an easy to use and intuitive user experience," said Melissa Potapova, chief executive of Simplified.
