Richard G. Alexander Jr. has joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital's commercial mortgage loan origination team as vice president.
Alexander joins Grandbridge with nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry.
Prior to joining Grandbridge, he served as a commercial real estate banker with Hancock Whitney Bank in Mobile, where he negotiated and originated multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, office and seniors housing financings.

Mortgage Capital Trading Inc. has hired Rhiannon Bolen as a regional sales manager and will be responsible for overseeing its Southern territory.
She comes to MCT most recently from Lenders One where she held the position of regional AVP for the Western region.
Prior to Lenders One, Bolen was the vice president of South region field sales for Arch Mortgage Insurance.

Hudson United Mortgage Services has opened an office in Elmsford and has brought on Donald Arace as vice president of sales and production of the new branch.
Arace, a 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry, was previously vice president of Columbia Home Loans and producing manager for Prospect Mortgage and Homebridge Financial Services Inc.

Berkadia has added Scott Wilkie as a managing director to its mortgage banking team.
Wilkie joins Berkadia from Nationwide Insurance, where he most recently served as a senior investment professional and was responsible for originating commercial mortgage loans for Nationwide's general account portfolio and for its third-party partners.
His previous roles at Nationwide on the commercial real estate team also included underwriting, asset management/portfolio surveillance and real estate analysis.
