Jones most recently served as chief financial officer and chief information officer at Southwest Stage Funding (dba Cascade Financial), a retail mortgage bank and asset lender.
Over the course of his career, Jones held CFO roles at Home Point Financial, Clara Lending and United Wholesale Mortgage.

Guaranteed Rate has appointed Paul Anastos as chief innovation officer.
Anastos joins the Guaranteed Rate team with nearly 15 years of executive experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to his time in the mortgage industry, he worked in finance, specifically mergers and acquisitions.

Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened a new office in Batesville, which will be led by Katy White. This is the third branch that Castle & Cooke has opened in Mississippi.
White has been a loan officer in the business for over three years and previously served at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.

National real estate investor and developer Lightstone has appointed Eugene Rozovsky to the position of senior vice president of real estate debt strategies where he will manage Lightstone Capital, the company's new real estate debt platform.
Prior to joining Lightstone, Rozovsky served as vice president of acquisitions and asset management at Madison Realty Capital. Prior to Madison, he held positions at Hudson Realty Capital and Blackstone.

Gateway Mortgage Group has hired Christopher Treece as chief financial officer.
Treece has industry experience in public accounting and has worked for bank holding companies.
Previously, he was the chief financial officer for Guaranty Bancorp in Denver, which was sold to Independent Bank Group in 2018.
