NotaryCam has hired digital mortgage specialist Kelly Purcell as executive vice president of marketing and business development.
Before joining NotaryCam, she founded eRelevant Consulting to advise lenders on using digital technology to meet business objectives, overcome problems and remain competitive.
Prior to that, Purcell spent more than 14 years with eSignSystems as executive vice president of sales and marketing, a position she maintained through two acquisitions — first by Wave Systems in August 2001 and then by DocMagic in October 2014.

Melissa Richards has joined Mayer Brown as a partner in the financial services regulatory and enforcement practice and consumer financial services group in its Northern California offices.
Richards most recently served as the chief legal and risk officer at national mortgage banking firm CMG Financial.
She also served as outside general counsel to the California Mortgage Bankers Association and as a member of its board of directors.
