Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, Calif., has hired the president of Sequoia Pacific Mortgage.
The $1.9 billion-asset Exchange Bank named Dennis Harter vice president and residential mortgage manager, according to a Monday
"We feel very fortunate to have Dennis join Exchange Bank,” Gary Hartwick, Exchange's chief executive, said in the release.
Sequoia Pacific's other employees will also join Exchange Bank, including Lori Mauchley, residential real estate operations manager. Sequoia Pacific, in Santa Rosa, offers residential mortgages, as well as commercial and construction loans.
Single-family, or one-to-four residential mortgage loans, comprised about 28% of Exchange's $1.2 billion in total loans in the second quarter.
