IRVINE

RealtyTrac said that Michael Sawtell has joined the company as executive vice president and general manager of consumer solutions.

In this role, he is tasked with expanding the company's suite of consumer products while increasing consumer awareness and demand.

Most recently, Sawtell worked at Local Corp., a local search and advertising technology company, where he served as president and chief operating officer for three years.

Previously, he founded Irvine-based DigitalPost Interactive, parent company of TheFamilyPost.com and Rovion, a media online advertising company located in Boston, which was acquired by Local Corp. in 2011.

SAN DIEGO

The Mortgage Collaborative, an independent lending cooperative serving small and midsized mortgage lenders and community-based lending institutions, has implemented several changes to its board of directors and executive management team.

Under the new governance structure, David Kittle will serve as vice chairman of the board and Debra Still will fill the role of secretary of the board.

Both Kittle and Still are former chairs of the Mortgage Bankers Association, and Kittle is also a founding partner of the collaborative.

Another founding partner, Jim Park, is assuming the role of CEO for The Mortgage Collaborative.

SAN DIEGO

MCT Trading Inc. said that Joel Dulmage has joined the company in the capacity of regional sales director.

He will be responsible for new business development and client service management in the Midwest territory.

Dulmage brings more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience to MCT working in senior sales positions at companies such as EverBank, Amerisave, ICBA, Countrywide and Fannie Mae.

MB Financial Bank said that Phillip Miller has been named president of its mortgage division.

Previously, he was group senior vice president and director of secondary marketing for MB.

Miller joined Cole Taylor Bank (which was acquired by MB Financial Bank in 2014) in 2009.

Prior to that, he held senior positions in the mortgage organizations of Fifth Third Bank, ABN Amro Mortgage and Interfirst/Standard Federal Bank.

NEW JERSEY

PARSIPPANY

RedVision appointed Amy Holder as New Jersey sales director and James Sandifer as vice president of regional operations for the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

With nearly 25 years of industry experience, Holder previously worked for Fidelity National Title Insurance Co.

Previously, she was senior vice president of marketing and sales for Signature Information Solutions and regional vice president at Data Trace for New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Sandifer also brings to the firm over 25 years of industry experience.

He spent nearly 10 years in national production services at First American Title Insurance Co. in Largo, Fla., most recently as production center manager.

Arbor Commercial Mortgage appointed multifamily loan originator Ana Ramos as vice president in its Manhattan Beach, Calif., office.

An 18-year commercial real estate finance veteran with an underwriting background, Ramos will be responsible for originating loans under all of Arbor's multifamily and commercial product lines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, bridge, CMBS and mezzanine.

Prior to Arbor, she served as SVP, regional director for Hunt Mortgage Group in Irvine, Calif.

Earlier in her career, Ramos was a managing director for Greystone Servicing Corp., where she managed the company's West Coast office.

TEXAS

ADDISON

Mid America Mortgage Inc. said that Adam Rieke has joined the organization as director of national TPO lending.

Most recently, Rieke served as regional vice president with PRMG, expanding its wholesale market in the Midwest.

Prior to that, he spent seven years as senior vice president with Mortgage Services III.
