Koh brings more than 20 years of business operations experience to HomeUnion.

Prior to joining HomeUnion she was senior vice president of customer experience at American Solar Direct.

LenderLive said that Scott Banks has joined the firm as senior vice president of finance, mortgage services.

Banks brings more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industries to LenderLive.

Most recently, he was director of financial performance and analysis of Discover Home Loans, the mortgage division of Discover Financial Services.

Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired Brian Jones to join its FHA finance group.

Jones will focus on originating affordable multifamily, health care and seniors housing loans out of Walker & Dunlop's new Cleveland office, scheduled to open on Jan. 4.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as a director at Love Funding, where he originated financing for affordable and market-rate projects and health-care facilities.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Peter Rotchford has joined the firm as a director in its New York office.

Rotchford will focus on fixed- and floating-rate debt and equity placement transactions in the greater New York area with a particular focus on multihousing, office, hospitality and health care/seniors housing transactions.

He joins HFF from Avison Young where he was a director in charge of sourcing and placing debt and equity opportunities for the firm nationwide.

Berkadia has hired Keith Misner as head of investment sales.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Berkadia, where he will be responsible for accelerating the growth of its investment sales platform.

Most recently, Misner served as senior vice president and portfolio manager at Abacus Capital Group.

Valuation Partners has hired David Raskin as chief valuation officer.

Raskin has over 30 years of valuation industry experience with a focus on product management, quality assurance and process improvement.

Most recently he worked at Interthinx/First American, where he oversaw product planning for all valuation solutions.
