imortgage, a national nonbank lender and division of loanDepot, appointed Mary Bane as vice president, regional production for the Midwest region, and Jim Weir as vice president, regional production for the South Central region.

Bane comes to imortgage after serving six years as divisional president at Prospect Mortgage.

She will be responsible for creating the new Midwest region for imortgage, focusing on government and renovation business.

Weir has served as a branch manager with imortgage for the last three of his five years with the company.

In this new role, he will focus on supporting current branches and driving ongoing growth in the Texas markets and adjacent states.

CALIFORNIA

SAN DIEGO

ClosingCorp said that Dave Petro has joined the company as head of sales and business development.

In this position, Petro will lead the ClosingCorp sales organization, develop customer acquisition strategies, and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leading loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals.

Petro joins ClosingCorp from Accenture where he was primarily responsible for developing outsourcing and consulting engagements with several super-regional banks.

Silverton Mortgage Specialists Inc. said that Josh Moffitt, president and founder of the company, has been selected for membership in the Mortgage Bankers Association's Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council.

The IMB Executive Council is an executive forum made up of owners, CEOs and presidents of independent mortgage lenders, selected by the MBA to provide vision and direction to the organization.

Todd Johnson has joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as Northeast divisional manager.

Johnson, who will be based in Minneapolis, has 32 years of mortgage lending experience as an originator, manager and leader.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was president and chief operating officer of Home Services Lending.

Reverse Mortgage Funding said that Pamela Boyer has joined the company's third-party originations team as Southwestern regional account manager.

Boyer brings to RMF more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience, which include spending the last 10 years serving as a loan officer/reverse mortgage specialist for Gershman Mortgage.

She also served at Residential Title Services, Vantage Credit Union, Fremont General Corporation and CitiFinancial.
