LITTLE ROCK

Wilson & Associates PLLC said that Randy Bueter, Shellie Wallace and Aaron Squyres have been named shareholders in the firm.

Additionally, James Acuff has joined the firm as its chief financial and chief operating officer.

Bueter, who has experience in real estate litigation, is the managing partner/shareholder of the bankruptcy and post-sale departments.

Wallace is the managing partner/shareholder of the foreclosure legal department.

She has experience in consumer protection litigation, legislation and administrative procedures, and her areas of practice focus on real estate and creditor's rights.

Squyres is the managing partner/shareholder of the litigation department.

His primary area of practice is mortgage banking litigation.

Acuff is responsible for the oversight of the nonlegal departments of the law firm including accounting, information technology and facilities.

EMERYVILLE

National Mortgage Insurance Corp., a subsidiary of NMI Holdings Inc., added four members to its sales team.

Tracy Whipple will serve as national account director for National MI.

She has 14 years of mortgage industry experience, and previously served with Citibank and Nationstar.

Donna Varnell will serve the Arizona and Nevada markets in her role as account manager.

She has 22 years of experience in the mortgage and mortgage insurance industries.

Kai Hopton, also hired as an account manager, has 13 years of industry experience and has worked in mortgage banking, correspondent, wholesale and retail lending.

Garett Holton was hired as an account representative for National MI’s Southern California region, and has over seven years of sales experience in the insurance and banking industries.

SAN FRANCISCO

Parkside Lending, a national wholesale and correspondent lender, hired Robin Gilmore as executive vice president-operational strategy.

Gilmore brings to the company more than 23 years of industry experience.

She previously served with Kinecta, LoanDepot, Fannie Mae and Countrywide.

Parkside Lending also hired Joann Berger as underwriting manager.

Berger brings to the company 33 years of experience in the lending business, including work in underwriting, collections, escrow accounts, closings, sales and risk management.

Broadstone Real Estate recently announced six officer promotions.

Chris Czarnecki was promoted to president and CFO.

He joined Broadstone in 2009, and is responsible for leading capital markets, accounting, and property management.

Dave Kasprzak was promoted to senior vice president of investor relations.

He joined Broadstone in 2012, and is responsible for leading outreach efforts to new investors, wealth managers and registered investment advisors.

Christopher Brodhead was promoted to vice president of investor relations.

He joined Broadstone in 2013, and is responsible for establishing relationships with new investors, wealth managers and registered investment advisors.

Ryan Albano was promoted to vice president of finance.

He joined Broadstone in 2013, and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as financial reporting and analysis.

Steve Haupt was promoted to vice president of portfolio management.

He will lead the portfolio management team, oversee all properties, portfolio valuation, tenant growth initiatives, and handle all insurance matters for the portfolio.

Tim Holland was promoted to chief administrative and compliance officer.

He joined Broadstone in 2014, and is responsible for leading and managing all administrative, human resource, information technology, and legal oversight functions and activities.

OHIO

LAKEWOOD

First Federal Lakewood appointed Bruce Wenmoth to the newly created position of vice president of business development and strategy for its residential lending business unit.

With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Wenmoth spent the last 15 years in several community bank management positions.

Most recently he was with First Place Bank for 10 years as a senior mortgage executive.

TEXAS

HOUSTON

Envoy Mortgage hired Michael Kuehner as regional vice president for its Northern California and Nevada region.

He will also be working in the Pacific Northwest region with Keith Frachiseur, who has since been promoted to executive vice president of Envoy Mortgage’s retail arm.

Kuehner joins Envoy from Citibank in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he managed mortgage lending.
