MARYLAND

ROCKVILLE

CoesterVMS, a national appraisal management company, has hired Suzzette Bosch as account executive on the national sales team.

Bosch has more than 10 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for developing new client relationships.

She has been responsible for expanding sales territories and managing operations support for loan officers for DB Home Lending, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, and 1st Commonwealth Bank of Virginia/First Choice Bank.

MASSACHUSETTS

DANVERS

Kristin Callahan has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a senior loan officer in the company's Burlington, Mass., branch office.

In her new role, Callahan will be responsible for serving the mortgage financing needs of homebuyers and homeowners throughout Middlesex and Essex counties.

She brings to Mortgage Network 36 years of mortgage banking experience and most recently served as loan originator for Leader Bank.

Mortgage Network also said that Kyle Philbrook has joined the sales team of its Boston branch office.

In his new role, Philbrook will be responsible for serving buyers and homeowners throughout the Boston metropolitan area.

Philbrook joined Mortgage Network as a marketing associate in September 2015, and previously served as a secondary market analyst for Leader Bank.

OKLAHOMA

TULSA

BOK Financial has named J. Edward Adams to lead the retail mortgage channel for BOK Financial Mortgage.

Adams most recently served as division manager for U.S. Bank Home Mortgage's Southern California and Arizona markets.

He brings 29 years of retail mortgage lending experience to his position at BOK Financial Mortgage.

Prior to U.S. Bank, Adams served as executive vice president at Downey Savings and Loan managing wholesale and retail delivery channels, as a retail sales division manager at Wachovia Bank, and as division manager at World Savings and Loan.

TEXAS

AUSTIN

Gov. Greg Abbott has appointed Stacy London, division president at Houston Capital Mortgage, as presiding officer for the Texas Finance Commission.

The governor also appointed Bob Borochoff, Molly Curl, Phillip Holt and Matt Moore to the commission for terms set to expire on Feb. 1, 2022.

The Finance Commission is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Texas Department of Banking, the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and the Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner.

London is a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers and Houston Mortgage Bankers Associations, a past member of the Texas Savings & Mortgage Lending Advisory Board, and past director of the Houston Mortgage Bankers and Texas Mortgage Brokers Associations.

VIRGINIA

TYSONS CORNER

First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. has appointed Robert Eastep as its chief financial officer.

Eastep most recently served as chief financial officer of Stonegate Mortgage Co.

He has also held senior financial executive roles for Union Mortgage Group, Central Virginia Bankshares Inc. and Saxon Capital Inc.
