Apollo Residential Mortgage Inc. appointed Gregory Hunt to the positions of chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of the company, effective March 15, 2016.

Hunt will assume these titles from Teresa Covello, who informed the board of directors of her resignation in September.

Covello has agreed to work with Hunt to transition her responsibilities over the next several months.

Hunt currently serves as the chief financial officer and treasurer of Apollo Investment Corp., a business development company managed by a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, the indirect parent of AMTG's manager.

He will continue to serve as CFO and treasurer of Apollo Investment when he assumes his roles at AMTG.

COLUMBUS

Lancaster Pollard hired David Bonomo as senior vice president to expand the firm's investment banking and mortgage banking finance activities for market-rate, income-restricted and subsidized rental properties.

Bonomo will be responsible for clients in Connecticut, Delaware, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and will establish a new office for the firm in New Jersey.

He joins Lancaster Pollard from the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency where he served as chief financial officer since 2010.

RHODE ISLAND

Embrace Home Loans said that 27-year industry veteran Paul Laprade has joined the firm as its newest Northeast regional executive.

Laprade will be responsible for the management and achievement of all mortgage lending sales objectives across the New England states.

Prior to joining Embrace, he was first vice president of home lending sales at Berkshire Bank.

TEXAS

HOUSTON

InterLinc Mortgage Services appointed David Scheiderich as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Brennan Holland as executive vice president and general counsel.

Scheiderich brings to the company 26 years of experience in mortgage lending accounting and financial management, and most recently served as senior vice president and director of accounting for Houston-based Envoy Mortgage.

Holland will oversee the company's legal, regulatory compliance and quality control teams, and provide legal and business guidance to its executive management team.

VIRGINIA

GLEN ALLEN

Emily Farley has been named president of the Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association for 2016.

Farley is president of business development at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in Virginia Beach.

She succeeds Ric Segovia, a senior vice president and branch manager at George Mason Mortgage, to become VMLA's 52nd president.
