GLENDALE

California Members Title Insurance Co. has named Linda Blood chief operating officer and Mary MacGregor senior vice president of escrow operations.

Blood, who now leads the entire title operations at California Members Title Insurance, has four decades of experience, including co-founding American Coast Title in 1988 and operating it for 25 years.

MacGregor has 30 years of escrow experience, and spent several of those years working with Blood at American Coast Title.

CARLSBAD

The Compliance Group Inc. has hired Michelle Doyle as director of quality control.

Doyle brings more than two decades of experience in mortgage underwriting, quality control, risk mitigation and compliance to her new role at TCG.

Prior to joining The Compliance Group, Doyle was responsible for building out and overseeing the internal QC platforms for both Heritage Bank Mortgage (now Renasant Bank) and the mortgage solutions practice at Warbird Consulting Partners.

ORANGE

LRES said that Mike Rasooli has been hired as its chief technology officer.

Rasooli brings to the company more than 27 years of experience in management and software development.

Prior to joining LRES, he has served as the chief technology officer for Edge Mortgage Advisory Co. and PowerSoft 360, and as CEO/CTO at LogixInfo.

INDIANA

INDIANAPOLIS

Stonegate Mortgage Corp. said that Steve Landes has been named to the new position of director of national sales, while continuing in his role as president of NattyMac, Stonegate Mortgage's wholly owned warehouse lending subsidiary.

Landes joined Stonegate Mortgage in February 2008, and over the past seven years has been a member of the company's executive team

His experience in mortgage lending encompasses more than 23 years, including positions as senior vice president of retail lending at Novastar Mortgage, CEO of Ampro Financial Services and regional president for IndyMac Bank.

MARYLAND

BETHESDA

Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired Kyle Peterson as vice president in its multifamily finance group.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Peterson served as vice president at Herman & Kittle Properties, where he provided financing solutions for affordable and market-rate housing and developed strategic partnerships to win business with housing authorities and other not-for profit partners.

Before Herman & Kittle Properties, he served in multiple positions including vice president of development at Banner Apartments.

PENNSYLVANIA

PHILADELPHIA

Selene Finance, a specialty mortgage servicer, said that mortgage industry veteran Tom Donatacci is joining the firm on November 30 and will lead all business development efforts.

Donatacci joins Selene Finance from Clayton Holdings, where he served as the executive vice president of sales.

Prior to that, he was the senior managing director of subservicing and MSR transactions at GMAC ResCap where he was responsible for all fee-based, third-party businesses including primary mortgage servicing, master servicing and special servicing.
