RealtyMogul.com promoted Amy Wu to vice president of residential finance.

In this new role, Wu will be responsible for overseeing all residential sales and the firm's operations team in Irvine, Calif.

Prior to the promotion, she served as the vice president of enterprise solutions where she was responsible for the creation of technical and business processes for the residential lending business.

Previously, Wu served with Banc of California, State Street, Citi, Encore Credit Corp. and CB Richard Ellis.

Alliant National Title Insurance Co. has hired Elyce Schweitzer to the position of regulatory compliance officer and vice president.

In this new role, she will provide guidance on regulatory requirements for compliance with applicable title insurance laws.

These responsibilities are in line with her professional experience, as Schweitzer has worked in law and real estate for over 20 years.

Mike Adams has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company's Andover, Mass., branch office.

In his new role, Adams will be responsible for serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

He brings to the company 28 years of mortgage banking experience and before joining Mortgage Network served as a loan originator at Stoneham Bank for the past 16 years.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Scott Aiese has joined the firm as a managing director in its New York office.

Aiese will focus on debt and equity placement transactions in the greater New York area.

He has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate finance and was most recently with Cushman and Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services, where he was a managing director in the capital services division.

HOUSTON

InterLinc Mortgage Services appointed David Scheiderich as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Brennan Holland as executive vice president and general counsel.

Scheiderich brings to the company 26 years of experience in mortgage lending accounting and financial management, and most recently served as senior vice president and director of accounting for Houston-based Envoy Mortgage.

Holland will oversee the company's legal, regulatory compliance and quality control teams, and provide legal and business guidance to its executive management team.

PLANO

Mortgage Contracting Services has named Dave Sunlin senior vice president.

In his new position, Sunlin will assume senior leadership of vendor management for both MCS' property preservation work and MCS Valuations, its sister company and a nationwide provider of appraisals and broker price opinions.

Before joining MCS, he was a senior vice president with Bank of America, where he spent 16 years.
