Noga's industry experience includes financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and reforecasting.

Southeast Mortgage said that Jason Hultgren has joined the firm as a regional sales manager.
In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding Southeast Mortgage's regional markets and lending aid to its already established markets.
Hultgren has held positions as vice president and mortgage branch manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, area mortgage sales manager with Fifth Third, and as senior vice president and regional mortgage sales manager at CertusBank.

CrossCheck Compliance said that Anastasia Stull has joined the firm as a managing director to help expand the company's presence nationally.
Prior to joining CrossCheck Stull held consulting roles at New Oak and Treliant Risk Advisors.

For eight years Stull served on the board of Women in Housing & Finance, primarily in an executive role and served as president from 2014-15.

Diann Owen has been named mortgage lending manager of Oregonians Credit Union.
She will lead the operations and production within the mortgage department and help Oregonians grow its mortgage business as a recently converted community charter.
Owen has extensive mortgage industry experience, having held positions at multiple financial institutions, including US Bank and Wells Fargo.
She also has credit union experience having served as CEO of Clackamas Credit Union for eight years.
