ANAHEIM

The wholesale lending division of Carrington Mortgage Services appointed Carmen Alailima to inside regional sales manager of its wholesale West division in Henderson, Nev.

Alailima brings to the company over 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.

She joins Carrington from First Mortgage Corp. where she was responsible for the direct oversight of account executives and staff.

Alailima began her career with First Mortgage as operations manager, launching the wholesale division for the company.

IRVINE

Auction.com has hired Norman Happ as chief revenue officer.

Happ comes to Auction.com from Intuit, where he most recently served as go-to-market vice president overseeing sales, marketing and business development within the small business division.

Prior to joining Intuit, he was vice president of inside sales at H&R Block, which he joined in 2002 as the chief of staff for the CEO.

Happ also spent several years at innovative technology firms, including computer software solutions company Anachron from 1999 to 2002 as co-founder and vice president.

LOS ANGELES

Colony American Finance said that Christopher Hoeffel has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Hoeffel will be based in the company’s New York office.

He was most recently a managing director at Investcorp, where he was head of real estate debt investments.

Hoeffel joined Investcorp from JPMorgan/Bear Stearns & Co., where he was a senior managing director and global co-head of commercial mortgages.

IDAHO FALLS

Docutech Corp. has hired Brian Heiner as an implementation manager, Aaron Mackley as a product manager, James Wirig as content marketing specialist, Richard Lindholm as controller, Richard James as director of mortgage product management, Greg Jorgensen as a document management specialist and Lisa Renfrow as a regional sales manager.

In addition to the seven new hires, Docutech has also promoted two existing employees, making Clint Wood the newest account executive and Tony Inskeep senior vice president of sales for the U.S. territory.

PENNSYLVANIA

FORT WASHINGTON

Ditech Financial said that Jack Summers has been promoted to sales manager in Winter Haven, Fla.

In this role, Summers oversees loan originations throughout central Florida and southeast Georgia.

He joined Ditech Mortgage Corp. in March 2014, and previously served in a number of financial management roles with GMAC Mortgage, SunTrust Bank, Countrywide Home Loans, HomeBank and REMN.

RHODE ISLAND

NEWPORT

Embrace Home Loans said that John Costa has joined as regional lending executive for the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Costa will spearhead all retail sales production and recruitment in the region.

Most recently, he was senior vice president and head of mortgage sales for Weichert Financial Services.

Costa also held positions at Sutherland Global Services and spent more than 17 years at PHH Mortgage.

WASHINGTON

BELLEVUE

RPM Mortgage Inc. promoted Sue Weaver to Seattle regional sales manager.

Weaver has been in the mortgage business for over 25 years and joined RPM as a loan advisor in May 2015.

She started her career at M&T Bank where she was the sales manager for the last five years of her 15-year tenure.

In her new role, Weaver will be in charge of the Seattle metro market for all origination activities, growth, financial management, team assessment, and sales and marketing improvement.
