Fay Servicing, a residential mortgage special servicer and originator, has selected Wanda Montgomery to join the firm as senior vice president of foreclosure operations.

In her new role, Montgomery will be based out of Fay Servicing's Carrollton, Texas, office and she will lead the foreclosure department across multiple locations.

She brings to the firm more than 21 years of experience in default servicing.

Most recently, Montgomery led a team of foreclosure consultants at Fannie Mae.

Prior to that role, she led First American's default outsource operation that was acquired from Washington Mutual Mortgage where she had worked for over a decade running both foreclosure and bankruptcy departments.

CHICAGO

NGKF Capital Markets said that Michael Poe has joined the debt and structured finance group as senior managing director in the company's Chicago office.

Prior to joining NGKF Capital Markets, Poe served as president of Inland Commercial Mortgage Group, the commercial mortgage brokerage arm of Inland Real Estate.

Before joining Inland Real Estate, he was a principal at Mid-North Financial Services, a traditional correspondent commercial mortgage banking firm located in Chicago.

MASSACHUSETTS

Melissa Tetreault has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company's Longmeadow, Mass., branch office.

In her new role, Tetreault will be responsible for serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout western Massachusetts.

Tetreault brings to Mortgage Network 20 years of mortgage banking experience, and she most recently served as assistance vice president of retail lending for Greenfield Cooperative Bank.

Mission Capital Advisors said that Matthew Polci has joined the company's debt and equity practice as a director.

He will be responsible for the origination, structuring and placement of commercial real estate capital on behalf of owners, investors and developers nationwide.

With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Polci was formerly a director at Ackman-Ziff.

Prior to his tenure at Ackman-Ziff, he was an associate with Avison Young in Toronto.

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corp. hired Allen Price to serve as its senior vice president of business development.

In his new role he will focus on expanding the company's subservicing business.

Price joins RoundPoint from LoanCare, part of Black Knight Financial Services, where he was SVP and head of business development for subservicing.

Prior to LoanCare, he was senior vice president and head of business development for Nationstar Mortgage, where his duties included expansion of the subservicing portfolio of assets.

PENNSYLVANIA

TREVOSE

LoanLogics has hired Craig Sylvestre as vice president of sales for the Southeast region.

As vice president of sales, Sylvestre will support lenders that are located in the Southeast, a region he has covered for several years.

Prior to joining LoanLogics, he served as a vice president of lending solutions for Accenture Mortgage Cadence, with responsibility for business development, sales and implementation of enterprise software.
