Assure360, a mortgage technology company in Carrollton, Texas, said on Wednesday that it was recently acquired by ARMA Acquisition, an investment firm in Chicago.
The deal closed on Aug. 29, according to a company spokesman.
As part of the acquisition, the company has expanded its offerings to law firms and mortgage servicers. New products include mortgage insurance claims processing and business outsourcing services for law firms.
"Legal firms supporting the mortgage industry are facing unprecedented challenges in serving a contracting marketplace rippled with increasing regulatory costs and complexities,” said Scott Brinkley, Assure360's chief executive, in a press release Wednesday.
