United Housing Services America Inc. of Santa Ana, Calif., released the latest version of its mortgage pre-funding and post-closing quality control software.
The software, appropriately titled QCIQ Pre-Funding Mortgage and QCIQ Post-Closing Mortgage Audit Software, is meant to assist lenders with mortgage applicant paperwork.
UHS America claims that it updates government-sponsored enterprise and Department of Housing and Urban Development information in real time.
In the press release Monday announcing this latest version of UHS America's software, chief executive officer Eric Christensen said that he was confident the software "will set the industry standard."
