Move Inc. has appointed Suhail Ansari as chief technology officer.

Most recently, Ansari served as vice president of engineering, R&D at Pivotal Software, where he led research and development for Pivotal’s suite of big data products.

Prior to joining Pivotal in 2014, he spent 11 years at eBay, where he held several senior engineering positions and was most recently the vice president of engineering, buyer experience.

Guaranteed Rate said that Indu Kapoor will join the company as branch manager/regional renovation manager.

She will oversee the Dallas location and specialize in renovation financing.

Kapoor began her mortgage lending career at Mortgage Services Unlimited in Dallas and also served with Prospect Mortgage as a senior residential mortgage loan originator.

Wells Fargo & Co. has promoted Carmen Bell to senior vice president of its mortgage default servicing.

Bell, a 12-year Wells Fargo veteran, most recently served as leader of performing servicing operations and oversaw the company’s service and risk management initiatives for home mortgage.

Prior to her role leading performing servicing operations, Bell oversaw Wells Fargo’s customer contact centers and operations.

Her other roles at Wells Fargo have included home equity retail sales and direct-to-consumer sales.

JPMorgan Chase has appointed Peter Muriungi as head of mortgage servicing to replace Mike Weinbach, who recently stepped down from the role to become the chief executive of mortgage banking.

Muriungi also previously served as the head of remediation and was responsible for portfolio optimization strategy.

He joined Chase in 2013, having previously served as the senior vice president of special portfolio management and servicing strategies at GMAC Mortgage.

MICHIGAN

SOUTHFIELD

Multi-Bank Securities Inc. has promoted Sara Weber to vice president, specializing in TBA and mortgage-backed securities fixed-income bond markets.

Weber will support mortgage banking clients by assisting them with pipeline risk management and secondary marketing strategies to fit their specific needs.

She previously served at two FINRA broker-dealer firms during her 14-year career in finance.

BOK Financial Correspondent Mortgage Services has named Zachry Parrott correspondent operations leader.

He joins BOK Financial from JPMorgan Chase where he served as executive director of loan integrity operations for both correspondent and retail lending channels.

During his 28-year career, Parrott’s experience has spanned all facets of mortgage operations, risk management, business strategy and sales.
