LRES named Damon Paxson as vice president of homeowner association services.

In this role, Paxson is responsible for managing all LRES HOA-related products and functions.

Prior to LRES, he served as senior vice president of operations at Bank of America.

Clayton Holdings said that industry veteran Andrew Pollock has joined the company as senior managing director of Clayton Consulting Services.

Pollock brings to Clayton more than 25 years of operational and consulting experience in all phases of lending and servicing.

More than half of his career was spent at First Franklin, where he held several senior positions, including president and chief executive officer.

Fidelity National Financial Inc. appointed Mike Nolan to the position of president, effective Jan. 1, 2016.

In addition to his role as president, Nolan will continue to have responsibility for the Eastern operations of Fidelity National Title Group and become involved in FNF's investor relations efforts.

He has more than 30 years of experience with FNTG and its predecessor companies.

Fay Servicing, a residential mortgage special servicer and originator, selected Dave Siegel to join the firm as chief information officer.

In his new role, Siegel is responsible for developing and implementing plans for enterprise technology strategy, data architecture and business intelligence.

He has more than 25 years of experience specializing in management, development and deployment in all phases of custom system implementation and business process improvement.

NewDay USA, an originator of Department of Veterans Affairs-guaranteed mortgage loans, named Michael Turner as its chief technology officer.

Turner brings to NewDay USA many years of experience in the technology and financial sectors.

Before joining NewDay USA, he served as chief operating officer at Surecomp Services, Savana and Sanchez Computer Associates.

Carl Hum will join the Real Estate Board of New York as senior vice president for management services and government affairs, effective Nov. 16.

In this position, Hum will be a principal member of REBNY's senior staff serving as the lead advocate on a broad portfolio of policy issues, including construction, building codes and regulations, building management, sustainability and energy policy, and federal policy.

Greystone has added Aaron Hargrove and Eric Taylor to its real estate advisors group as managing directors.

Hargrove has focused on affordable housing investment sales since 1994.

He joins Greystone from Berkadia, where he most recently served as a managing director of the affordable housing group.

Taylor also joins Greystone from Berkadia, having served most recently as a senior director within the affordable housing group.
