Smith most recently served as managing director at Ladder Capital Corp.

Prior to Arbor, Casey was the vice president and deputy chief underwriter for PNC Real Estate, a division of PNC Bank.
He has also formerly worked for ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co. before it was acquired by PNC.
