RIVERSIDE

Provident Financial Holdings Inc., the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, said that Richard Gale, senior vice president of mortgage banking, will retire from the bank at the close of business on Oct. 14.

The company also announced that Robert "Scott" Ritter will succeed Gale as senior vice president of mortgage banking. Ritter will begin his employment with the bank on Sept. 26.

Ritter joins the bank from California Mortgage Advisors, where he has served as its chief operating officer since November 2011.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

Fannie Mae said that Ryan Zanin has been elected to the board of directors.

He has been appointed to the Risk Policy and Capital Committee and the Strategic Initiatives and Technology Committee.

Zanin has over 30 years of experience in financial services specializing in risk management.

He is the president and CEO of the Restructuring, Strategic Ventures and Insurance Group at GE Capital, and prior to this he served as chief risk officer of GE Capital.

Clayton Holdings has promoted Andy Pollock to chief revenue officer.

He joined Clayton in October 2015 as senior managing director, head of consulting services, bringing more than 25 years of operational and consulting experience in all phases of lending and servicing.

More than half of Pollock's career was spent at First Franklin, where he held several senior positions, including president and chief executive officer.

Most recently, he was president and chief executive officer at WDB Funding, an alternative commercial lending company.

OneTitle National Guaranty Co. Inc. has named Rebecca Mason executive vice president and head of sales.

She joins OneTitle from the real estate firm Stribling & Associates, where she served as downtown sales manager.

Mason brings to the firm more than 20 years of real estate experience with a focus on residential brokerage, asset management, construction, commercial leasing, rental and retail leasing, and financing.

First Tech Federal Credit Union has named Bruce Dickinson senior vice president of mortgage lending.

Based in Beaverton, Dickinson will oversee all First Tech mortgage operations and mortgage sales teams.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including his most recent role as COO and executive vice president of Skyline Home Loans.

PHILADELPHIA

Radian Group Inc. said that Peter Danna has rejoined the company as senior vice president, structured products.

During his previous time at the company's former financial guaranty subsidiary, from 2003 to 2015, Danna focused on structured products in both business and risk management related roles.

He was most recently with Morningstar Credit Ratings where he was in charge of business development for its asset-backed bond rating unit.
