Ken Moyle

Ken Moyle is a 2014 board member and chairman of the public policy committee for the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA). He is also chief legal officer and vice president of legal and corporate affairs and corporate secretary for DocuSign, a cloud-based e-signature technology provider. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Moyle is responsible for ensuring DocuSign and its products remain ahead of government and regulatory trends. Moyle is a leading authority of the legal and practical implementation of electronic signatures and records. He is commonly called upon to advise industry experts, regulators and lawmakers in developing policies for electronic signatures worldwide. Prior to DocuSign, Moyle was general counsel and secretary for Insightful Corporation, corporate counsel for Askme Corporation and also held a variety of advisory roles at Onyx Software. He was also principal of CTI TeleBusiness Solutions. Moyle is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and a member of the Washington Bar Association who is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
