Churchill Mortgage, Brentwood, Tenn., is looking to hire staffers to support its branch locations in California, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
“According to the National Association of Realtors, sales of existing homes rose in April nearly 10% while buyer traffic has risen 30% from a year ago,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “These improvements are encouraging for the housing industry, but to support an increased demand, we have a need for more talent.”

In Tennessee, it wants to hire collateral review specialists, compliance specialists, licensing specialists, loan officers, post-closers processors and secondary marketing specialists.
