The rate-indicative 10-year Treasury yield rose to 4.3% Tuesday morning, according to Yahoo! Finance.The yield has been rising fairly steadily since the release of a stronger-than-expected employment report on April 2 that boosted the benchmark yield to about 4.1% from around 3.9%.
