Patricia Kauker was hired by 1st Reverse Mortgage USA, a division of Cherry Creek Mortgage Co., as its corporate training coordinator.
In this new position, Kauker will be responsible for managing the Lakewood, Colo.-based reverse mortgage lenders training and development program, which was launched in March. Additionally, she has to create curriculum and initiatives that will help expand the company’s program.
Kauker brings over 27 years of experience in the traditional mortgage banking and reverse mortgage industry working for retail banks, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers. She is knowledgeable in sales, marketing and training of reverse mortgage products, 1stReverse Mortgage USA said in a press release.
“Training members of the Reverse Mortgage USA Lender Network will not only accelerate their growth, but will also accelerate the growth of 1st Reverse Mortgage USA, providing our clients with enhanced customer service,” said Tim Harder, vice president of business development for the reverse mortgage lender. “This key position reinforces our philosophy of what separates reverse mortgage lenders is their knowledge, experience and attention to the detail so that makes the program easy to understand and the process simple.”
