Hudson & Marshall will auction 400 REO properties during a three-day event in Atlanta this week.
According to the Dallas-based auctioneer, the properties range in value from $18,000 to $375,000 and come with an insurable title. Successful bidders can secure financing from the mortgage lender of their choosing.
The portfolio includes properties from Fannie Mae’s REO inventory, as some are eligible for financing incentives from HomePath, Fannie’s REO sales division.
The properties are available for pre-auction sale through the company’s website. Prospective bidders are required to make a cash or certified check deposit of $2,500 for each sale where they are the successful bidder. Closings typically take 30 to 45 days. Listing agents on the properties facilitate pre-auction viewings for interested parties.
