Three subordinate certificates from two Access Financial manufactured housing securitizations have been downgraded by Moody's Investors Services.The downgrades were as follows: Access Financial Manufactured Housing Contract Trust, series 1995-1, class B-1, from Ba2 to B2; and Access Financial Manufactured Housing Contract Trust, series 1996-1, class A-6, from Aa3 to A1, and class B-1, from Caa2 to Ca.
