James A. Konrath has retired as chairman and chief executive officer of San Diego-based Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. and its subsidiary, Accredited Mortgage Loan REIT Trust. Mr. Konrath served as the company's chairman and CEO since co-founding the primary operating subsidiary, Accredited Home Lenders Inc., in 1990, the company said.
