Agency Debt Exec Joins KGS-Alpha Capital Markets

Veteran Wall Street executive Mark Noble has joined KGS-Alpha Capital Markets LP as head of structured corporate and agency debt as the firm expands its trading platform.

Noble previously was head of agency debt for MF Global. During his career he has worked at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Keegan.

KGS-Alpha Cap Markets is a broker-dealer that launched last May. It serves institutions with mortgage-backed, asset-backed and agency debt securities. It has raised more than $150 million in equity capital over the past six months.
