Today, the Collateral Risk Network is comprised of nearly 400 members.
Through quarterly meetings and a private email network, the members of the CRN act as counsel to each other by sharing experiences and assisting each other in solving mutual problems by finding solutions to industry issues.
“Obviously, risk and compliance are hot topics in the mortgage industry. As we grow, we wanted to ensure our involvement in the discussions that shape our industry,” said Aaron Fowler, president of United States Appraisals, based in Kansas City. “We look forward to working with our peers and industry partners to identify and resolve these issues.”
Joan Trice, founder and managing director of the Collateral Risk Network, said the group is welcoming the AMC as a member to voice its opinions about mortgage industry concerns.
