Arbor Realty Trust Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Uniondale, N.Y., has entered into two financing agreements totaling over $540 million aimed at replacing short-term facilities with longer-term debt and eliminating market-to-market risk.The multifamily and commercial REIT said one of the agreements includes a $473 million term loan with a $100 million revolving commitment that will be used exclusively to finance new originations.
