Commercial real estate services provider Atisreal has reported the opening of its first office in the United States in order to develop business relationships with U.S.-based corporate clients of its Paris-based parent company, BNP Paribas.The company also said it plans to continue its alliance with CRESA Partners, the CRE company Atisreal has been partnering with to assist U.S. clients. "Atisreal has been able to assist clients in the [U.S.] market for the past four years thanks to its alliance agreement with CRESA Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage firm ," BNP Paribas and Atisreal reported. "Atisreal's new office will not affect the company's relationship with CRESA Partners, instead focusing on building Atisreal's relationship with BNP Paribas' corporate clients and continuing to manage the flow of business between CRESA Partners and Atisreal in Europe." The new U.S. office will house a new business entity called Atisreal USA Inc. The office is located in BNP Paribas' New York-based North American headquarters.
