Bank of Lancaster Opens First Stand-Alone Loan Office

Bank of Lancaster, an affiliate of Bay Banks of Virginia Inc., has opened its first stand-alone mortgage loan production office in Hartfield, Va., which is on the Middle Peninsula in the Chesapeake Bay region of the state.

The office allows the Kilmarnock-based bank, which is on the peninsula in the region known as the Northern Neck, to expand into the Middlesex and Gloucester markets.

Robert Fleet, vice president, is in charge of the office. He has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is joined by two residential loan specialists, Brenda VanGleson and Cindy White, and residential lending assistant Kay Snow.
