In North Carolina, the bank-owned properties being auctioned include waterfront vacant lots in Chocowinity, a home and three lots in Tabor City, subdivision lots in Henry’s Glen in Morganton, and Fox Gate in Bostic.

Meanwhile, several South Carolina REO properties will be available to purchase by prospective buyers, such as a waterfront lot in Terrapin Point, commercial lots in Walterboro and Myrtle Beach, and 28 acres of land in Horry County as well as 130 acres in Wake County.

The first auction ends by 3 p.m. on July 22. The other auction dates are scheduled to take place on July 24, July 26, September 3, and September 5.

All of the properties will sell regardless of price, Iron Horse said.

“This auction represents many outstanding properties throughout Eastern and Western North Carolina and South Carolina. The inventory of bank-owned property continues to grow smaller with the strengthening of our economy and this is a great opportunity to buy bank-owned properties at absolute auction,” said Thomas McInnis of Iron Horse Auction Company.
