Barclays Capital has appointed Larry Kravetz and Spencer Kagan to its CMBS sector to expand its CMBS origination business.

Kravetz will join the firm as a managing director and head of CMBS finance, and will report to Head of Securitized Products Trading Tom Hamilton.
Kagan will serve as a managing director and head of CMBS credit and underwriting, and will report to Kravetz.
The press release stated that both men are joining the firm from G2 Real Estate, where they worked following both of their departures from Lehman Brothers.
