Class L of Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc. commercial mortgage pass-through securities, series 2000-WF1, has been downgraded from B-minus to CCC by Fitch Ratings.In addition, five classes in the deal were upgraded and the ratings on nine other classes were affirmed, Fitch said.
